In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below. These definitions apply throughout this document unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

2.1  These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and x777sx. By clicking "Register", completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager on x777sx, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms in full.

2.2  x777sx may publish supplementary rules, game-specific terms, sportsbook betting rules, or promotional terms that apply in addition to these Terms. In the event of a conflict between supplementary terms and these Terms, the supplementary terms apply to the specific subject matter they address; these Terms govern all other matters.

2.3  These Terms are available in English. Where any translation has been provided for convenience, the English version takes precedence in all interpretive matters.

2.4  If you are accessing x777sx on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and references to "you" include that entity.

3.1  To be eligible to register and maintain an x777sx account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions simultaneously:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing x777sx from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of x777sx or any of its group companies;
• You have not previously been permanently self-excluded from x777sx;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You have not been banned or suspended from the x777sx platform under a prior account.

3.2  x777sx reserves the right to request CNIC documentation and supporting identity verification materials from any player at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by x777sx support will result in account access restrictions until documentation is supplied and verified.

3.3  Where x777sx reasonably suspects that an account is being operated by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age, x777sx will immediately freeze the account, suspend all withdrawals, and conduct a full identity investigation. Any funds deposited into a confirmed underage account will be returned; any winnings generated will be forfeited.

3.4  x777sx does not knowingly accept registrations from restricted jurisdictions. Players are responsible for determining whether their use of x777sx is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence. x777sx makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction.

4.1  Each eligible individual may hold only one registered x777sx account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or identity details — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

4.2  During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, valid Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and email address. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account termination.

4.3  You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. Material changes — including changes to your name following legal proceedings, or changes to your primary payment method — must be communicated to x777sx support promptly.

4.4  x777sx account registration and use is a personal service. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your x777sx account or any portion of your balance to another person. Any attempt to do so renders the account subject to immediate termination.

4.5  x777sx reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for that decision.

5.1  Deposits. x777sx accepts PKR deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed in the x777sx cashier at the time of transaction. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

5.2  Withdrawal eligibility. Withdrawals are only available to accounts that have completed x777sx KYC verification. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but may not withdraw until CNIC and supporting documentation has been submitted and approved.

5.3  Withdrawal processing times. For KYC-verified x777sx accounts, withdrawals are processed within 15 to 30 minutes to the payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Processing times may extend during periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required.

5.4  Withdrawal method matching. x777sx applies a return-to-source policy where technically feasible. Withdrawal requests will be directed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit. Where return-to-source is not possible, x777sx will contact the player to arrange an alternative verified withdrawal channel.

5.5  Currency. All x777sx accounts operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). x777sx does not operate accounts in foreign currencies. Where a payment method processes in a foreign currency, the conversion is handled by the payment provider; x777sx displays and processes balances in PKR exclusively.

5.6  Declined transactions. x777sx is not responsible for payment failures that originate from your bank, mobile wallet provider, or card issuer. If a deposit does not credit to your x777sx account within the standard processing window, contact x777sx support with your transaction reference number.

6.1  x777sx offers deposit bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, cashback offers, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to their individual terms — including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, maximum bet restrictions, and expiry dates — which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the bonus is offered.

6.2  Wagering requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times on eligible games before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. During an active wagering requirement, maximum bet limits apply. Bets exceeding the maximum bet limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

6.3  Game contribution rates. Not all games on x777sx contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games, table games, and sportsbook bets may contribute at reduced rates or may not contribute at all. The contribution rates applicable to each promotion are published in that promotion's terms.

6.4  Bonus abuse. x777sx actively monitors for bonus abuse including but not limited to: multi-accounting to claim the same bonus multiple times; coordinated betting patterns designed to produce guaranteed profit regardless of game outcome; staking patterns that satisfy wagering requirements while minimising genuine risk; and the use of automated systems or bots. Where bonus abuse is detected, x777sx reserves the right to void the bonus, void all associated winnings, and terminate the account.

6.5  Bonuses are personal to the account for which they are issued and cannot be transferred. x777sx reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with notice provided where practicable.

7.1  All casino games available on x777sx are operated under the rules of the respective B2B content provider. x777sx integrates certified game content from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and other licensed providers. Each game's rules are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a technical dispute relating to game outcome, the provider's server-side records take precedence.

7.2  x777sx does not operate proprietary RNG systems. All randomness in x777sx casino games is generated and certified by the B2B provider's independently audited systems. x777sx makes no representations as to outcomes beyond the certified RTP and volatility specifications published by the relevant provider.

7.3  You must not use any software, tool, algorithm, or method designed to gain an unfair advantage over x777sx or other players, including but not limited to card counting software, auto-play bots, screen-scraping tools, or exploit scripts. Detection of such activity will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

7.4  In the event of a game malfunction, network interruption, or technical error that affects the outcome of a game round, x777sx reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered stake to your account balance. This is the sole remedy available for game malfunctions — x777sx is not liable for any theoretical winnings that would have resulted from a malfunctioned round.

7.5  You agree to engage with x777sx's games and platform in good faith. Any conduct reasonably interpreted as an attempt to exploit technical errors, game logic gaps, or promotional mechanics in a manner inconsistent with normal, good-faith recreational play is prohibited and may result in account restriction.

8.1  x777sx operates a sportsbook covering cricket (including PSL, international Test, ODI, and T20 fixtures), football, kabaddi, UFC, and other markets. All sportsbook bets are subject to the x777sx Sportsbook Rules published separately, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8.2  Bet acceptance. A bet is confirmed only when x777sx issues a bet confirmation reference to your account. Bets that have not received a confirmation reference are not valid. x777sx reserves the right to decline any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed on live in-play markets where odds may be subject to delay.

8.3  Palpable errors. If odds are published at manifestly incorrect levels due to human error or technical fault — commonly referred to as "palpably wrong" odds — x777sx reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds and return stakes. The threshold for invoking this right is a material, obvious error rather than normal market movement.

8.4  Match integrity. x777sx takes match-fixing and sports integrity seriously. Bets placed on events where x777sx has reasonable grounds to suspect match manipulation may be withheld pending investigation. x777sx cooperates with relevant sporting bodies and authorities in integrity matters where legally required.

8.5  Accumulator bets. Multi-match accumulator bets on x777sx are subject to the same rules as individual match bets. Where one selection in an accumulator is void, that selection is removed and the accumulator recalculated at reduced odds. Where all selections in an accumulator are void, the stake is returned.

9.1  You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your x777sx account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes issued to your registered mobile number. x777sx will never request your password, OTP code, or full card details through any communication channel including live chat, email, or SMS.

9.2  You must notify x777sx support immediately if you suspect that your x777sx account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if your registered mobile number has been compromised. x777sx will freeze the account pending investigation upon receiving such notification.

9.3  x777sx applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmitted between your device and the x777sx platform. Two-factor OTP verification is available on all accounts and is triggered automatically by x777sx's login anomaly detection systems where unusual access patterns are identified.

9.4  Subject to x777sx's investigation findings, transactions completed under your x777sx credentials prior to you notifying x777sx of a suspected compromise are your responsibility. x777sx will investigate all such reports and where fraud is confirmed, will work with payment providers to pursue recovery where possible; however, x777sx cannot guarantee recovery of funds in all cases.

10.1  x777sx is committed to responsible gaming. The following tools are available to all registered players directly from their account settings without the need to contact support:

• Deposit limits — Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on deposits that activate immediately and may be reduced at any time;
• Session time reminders — Timed notifications that pause gameplay to display session duration and net session result;
• Cool-down breaks — 24-hour, 7-day, or 30-day account suspensions that take effect immediately and cannot be reversed;
• Permanent self-exclusion — Full account closure processed within one hour, with immediate cessation of all promotional communications.

10.2  Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible. Players who have self-excluded from x777sx may not create new accounts. Any new account created by a self-excluded player will be identified through KYC matching and terminated, with any balance returned and winnings forfeited.

10.3  x777sx reserves the right to impose responsible gaming measures on any account where x777sx's monitoring systems identify patterns consistent with problem gambling behaviour, including mandatory deposit limits, mandatory cool-down periods, or account restriction. These measures may be applied without prior player request.

11.1  All intellectual property rights in the x777sx platform, including but not limited to the x777sx brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, and content created by x777sx, are owned by or licensed to x777sx. No right, title, or interest in any x777sx intellectual property is granted to you by virtue of your use of the platform.

11.2  You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any x777sx content or materials without prior written consent from x777sx.

11.3  Game content available on x777sx is owned by and licensed from the respective B2B providers. All intellectual property rights in that content vest in the respective providers and are not the property of x777sx.

12.1  x777sx provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. x777sx does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

12.2  To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, x777sx's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of your verified account balance at the time the relevant claim arises.

12.3  x777sx is not liable for: loss of profits, revenues, or data; indirect, consequential, or punitive damages; losses arising from your reliance on third-party payment providers; losses caused by events outside x777sx's reasonable control including telecommunications failures, cyber attacks, or regulatory actions.

12.4  Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by x777sx's negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13.1  x777sx may suspend or terminate your account at any time with or without notice where x777sx determines, in its reasonable judgment, that you have breached these Terms, provided false registration information, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonus systems, created multiple accounts, circumvented self-exclusion, or otherwise acted in a manner inconsistent with the good-faith use of the platform.

13.2  Upon termination for cause, x777sx will review your account balance. Verified deposited funds (net of any bonus obligations and any amounts subject to fraud investigation) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable period. Winnings generated through abusive conduct will be forfeited.

13.3  You may close your x777sx account at any time by contacting support or through the self-exclusion tool in your account settings. Upon voluntary closure, your verified balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within the standard processing window.

13.4  Suspension of your account during an active investigation does not constitute termination. x777sx will endeavour to complete investigations within a reasonable timeframe and will communicate the outcome to you through your registered contact details.

14.1  If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your x777sx account or the platform's services, you should contact x777sx support in the first instance. x777sx will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and will provide a substantive response within 14 days of receiving the complaint.

14.2  Disputes regarding specific game outcomes must be raised within 30 days of the game round in question. x777sx will review the server-side game logs in conjunction with the relevant B2B provider where the dispute concerns a game outcome. x777sx's findings, informed by provider logs, are final in matters of game outcome.

14.3  Disputes regarding sportsbook settlements must be raised within 7 days of the relevant event settling. x777sx will review the bet record and official event result data before determining the outcome of any sportsbook dispute.

14.4  x777sx's decisions on disputes that have been reviewed through the full complaints process are final. Where a player remains dissatisfied with x777sx's decision after exhausting the internal complaints process, they may refer the matter to the alternative dispute resolution body designated by x777sx's licensing authority.

15.1  x777sx reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments materially affect your rights or obligations, x777sx will notify registered players through email to the registered email address and/or by posting a notice on the x777sx website. Material amendments become effective 14 days after notice is posted.

15.2  Your continued use of x777sx following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the amendment.

15.3  The version of these Terms published on the x777sx website at x777sx.net/terms-conditions is the current authoritative version. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

16.1  These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which x777sx's international gaming licence is issued.

16.2  The parties irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms, except where the x777sx licensing authority designates an alternative dispute resolution mechanism as a mandatory first step.

16.3  Where local law in your jurisdiction of residence imposes mandatory consumer protection rights that cannot be contractually waived, those rights remain enforceable notwithstanding this governing law clause.
